What You’ll Do:

Transaction Support:

• Assist in the execution of leasing and sales transactions for industrial and logistics properties.

• Prepare proposals, shortlisted options, and related transaction documents.

• Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and stakeholder communications.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Prepare brief/market data for senior member to support client engagement.

• Prepare market reports, location assessments, and benchmarking analyses.

• Maintain and update internal databases and sales pipelines.

Client Advisory & Support:

• Work with senior team members to deliver site selection and proposals.

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

• Prepare client-facing deliverables, including presentations, reports, and due diligence documentation.

Internal & Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other business lines Research, Valuations, Project Management, etc.) to provide integrated solutions.

• Contribute to internal reporting, documentation, and team coordination tasks.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up actions.

• Maintain team files, property records, and contract documentation.

• Handle expense reporting, invoicing support, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
