The role
At CBRE A/S, we provide consultancy services to some of the world's largest investment funds in the real estate sector and we are the biggest commercial real estate advisor in the world. Our Property Management division oversees various aspects, including technical management, administration, financial controlling, and sustainability for more than 15 of the world's leading investment funds.

As an intern at CBRE Property Management, you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Support the maintenance and development of energy and consumption data integrations
  • Manage and structure quantitative and qualitative ESG datasets within the Deepki platform
  • Contribute to DGNB project coordination and documentation
  • Assist in solar PV and battery storage projects across managed assets
  • Support Pan-Nordic ESG collaboration and business development initiatives within Property Management
  • Apply AI-powered and data-driven approaches to optimise workflows, reporting and ESG processes
Our department is rather newly established, offering a unique opportunity to influence how CBRE Denmark and Europe approach sustainability in property management from both a technical and commercial perspectives.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g. engineering, energy, sustainability, environmental science, building technology or similar)
  • Strong interest in ESG, energy management, real estate and data
  • Familiar with AI tools and creative, responsible application of AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Analytical, structured and comfortable working with data and digital platforms
  • Proactive, curious and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ESG platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement

CBRE offers

  • Hands-on experience with ESG in operational real estate
  • Exposure to market-leading sustainability solutions and client portfolios
  • Participation in real-world projects across energy, certifications and renewable solutions
  • A collaborative, professional environment with Pan-Nordic and international interaction
  • Flexible internship period and start date

Application
If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, please do not hesitate to apply or contact Nicholai Porter at Nicholai.porter@cbre.com. There will also be a possibility for further collaboration after the internship if the fit is right for both parties. Please be aware that this internship is an unpaid student internship and we expect you to be studying a bachelor or masters degree.
