The Program Senior Manager – Fleet Solutions plays a critical leadership role in designing, transitioning, and scaling fleet management programs for a large, global enterprise client. This role leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives spanning operations, CMMS platforms, inventory management, technology, field execution, finance, and partner ecosystems.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, this leader translates client requirements into standardized, scalable operating models and ensures that fleet programs—particularly those dependent on CMMS workflows and parts availability—can scale reliably across a distributed network. The role is accountable for program outcomes during major network transitions, including CMMS implementations or migrations, operating model changes, and scale events.

This position is part of CBRE’s GIS Program Management function and represents a key leadership role within a strategic growth and platform‑enablement initiative.

What You’ll Do

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead large, complex, cross‑functional fleet programs from concept through pilot, network transition, scale, and steady‑state operations using formal program management and governance frameworks.
  • Own integrated program plans across multiple workstreams including CMMS configuration, inventory management, operations, field services, technology, analytics, finance, legal, and partners.
  • Actively manage interdependencies, risks, and issues—particularly those related to system readiness, data integrity, and inventory availability—to maintain delivery commitments.

CMMS & Systems Enablement

  • Serve as a program‑level owner for CMMS enablement, ensuring work order workflows, asset hierarchies, data standards, and reporting structures support scalable fleet operations.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to translate operational requirements into deployable CMMS configurations and system enhancements.
  • Ensure CMMS platforms are effectively integrated with inventory, vendor, and financial systems to support end‑to‑end visibility and control.

Inventory Management & Parts Availability

  • Lead programs that define and implement inventory management models supporting fleet maintenance and field execution at scale.
  • Drive clarity and consistency around parts stocking strategies, replenishment models, consumption tracking, and inventory governance.
  • Ensure inventory processes and data support uptime targets, cost control, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Operating Model Design & Scale Enablement

  • Partner with functional leaders to design and operationalize scalable fleet service delivery models, including maintenance, inspections, retrofits, and mobile field services.
  • Convert pilot programs into standardized, repeatable solutions supported by defined workflows, SOPs, CMMS standards, inventory processes, governance models, and performance metrics.
  • Drive clarity around roles, decision rights, handoffs, and system ownership across internal teams and external partners.

Major Network Transitions

  • Lead fleet programs through major network transitions, including CMMS implementations or migrations, vendor changes, geographic expansion, and volume scale events.
  • Establish transition plans, cutover milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and success metrics to ensure continuity of service during change.
  • Coordinate across operations, technology, and partners to ensure readiness across people, process, systems, and inventory.

Standards, Governance & Reporting

  • Create and implement enterprise standards for fleet operations, CMMS usage, inventory management, reporting, and program governance.
  • Establish and maintain program governance cadence, executive reporting, and performance tracking across scope, schedule, cost, and benefits realization.
  • Partner with finance and operations leaders to support business cases, investment decisions, and ongoing performance optimization.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify structural constraints within fleet, CMMS, and inventory models and design solutions that enable scale without linear cost growth.
  • Apply advanced program management and operational expertise to improve methods, tools, and delivery models.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes, standards, and operating frameworks supporting CBRE’s broader fleet and services strategy.
