As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable, safe and cost effective operation of all building services, essential services and soft services across the portfolio. You will lead a small on site team, manage key service partners and play a central role in delivering capital work, risk management and sustainability initiatives.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the operational management of all building services, essential services and infrastructure and ensure safe, compliant and reliable operation of plant and equipment
• Manage OPEX within budget and deliver approved capital works programs
• Own contractor performance — from procurement and contract execution through to KPIs
• Implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximise asset performance
• Partner with finance, sustainability, procurement and capital works teams
• Provide clear, accurate reporting to the client and internal stakeholders
• Support sustainability and energy initiatives across the portfolio

About You:

• Extensive experience in commercial facilities or building management
• Strong knowledge of essential services, compliance and risk management
• Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners
• Budget management and financial reporting capability
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions focused leadership style
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable)
