Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic partnerships
and alliance management? CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), the world's
leading provider of integrated facilities, real estate, and project management
services, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Regional Alliance
Director for a large account in Hilversum.
Your Role:
As the Regional Alliance Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with the Client across the region with a focus on their European Headquarters in the Netherlands. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment between CBRE GWS and our client’s business objectives.
As head of the team you will provide formal supervision to employees, monitor the
training and development of staff, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, as
well as oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Furthermore, you'll coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and establish
work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train the staff.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. You are responsible for
coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and
strategies
What more will you do:
- Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships and a high level of satisfaction aligned with our contractual KPIs.
- Implement business strategies to achieve trusted partnerships, profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Formulate, negotiate, and execute contracts utilizing internal expert resources.
- Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients using
- available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
- Support key landlord and property manager relationships with the client’s best interests at the forefront of decision making
- Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Seek and deliver scalable innovations and initiatives to improve service delivery
- Act with a service orientated mindset that aligns with the CBRE RISE values and Client Maxims
- Identify and document financial savings opportunities, process efficiencies and procedural improvements
- Track, report and achieve regional facilities key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client's management to understand needs.
- Evaluate industry and business trends and review and identify performance across the strategic account.
- Review data for potential impact on new business and operations and respond with business changes.
- Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans.
- Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
- Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
- Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
What do you have to offer?
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. as well as Smartsheet, Airtable, and Slack.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- A tolerance for ambiguity and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
