Job Description
About the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Planning Senior Technician, you will provide building maintenance and office administration support to company-managed buildings. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:

Own preventive maintenance (PM) programs in Maximo for all facility equipment

Partner with Operations and Maintenance to plan schedules with minimal business disruption

Analyze breakdowns, PM performance, and cost trends to drive reliability improvements

Maintain accurate asset and location data, including commissioning/decommissioning

Build and update job plans, PMs, and routes with clear instructions, labor, parts, and timing

Ensure new/changed equipment (MOC) is fully reflected in Maximo with proper setup

Generate and distribute weekly work orders; track PM completion and assignment accuracy

Review completed work for accuracy (labor, materials, failure codes, notes) and close out properly

Create corrective work orders from inspections, PM findings, and safety observations

Maintain strong data integrity across all Maximo records and naming standards

Develop reports and KPIs to track PM compliance, breakdowns, and maintenance effectiveness

Recommend improvements to PM strategy, spares, and reliability based on data insights

Strong working knowledge of Maximo (assets, PMs, work orders, job plans, reporting)

Experience in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or facilities operations

Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and OEM guidance

Strong analytical skills with experience using downtime and cost data

Effective communication across maintenance, operations, engineering, safety, and quality

Working knowledge of maintenance-related safety standards and risk practices
