Following continued growth and increasing client demands, the Capital Markets department of CBRE Be Lux is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst. As Investment Analyst, you would advise both international and local investors in their investment activities of commercial real estate in Belgium and Luxembourg. You would join a team of 15 professionals that has been market leader for 5 years in a row.

What’s in it for you?

• Understand the dynamics of the commercial real estate market and its main stakeholders
• Analyze research reports of the different asset classes and provide critical insight on market assumptions
• Support the preparation of strategic service proposals
• Undertake investment and development project feasibility
• Responsible for investment analysis, cash flow modeling and deal structure advice based on in-house market knowledge and in-depth economic research
• Prepare marketing collateral including investment memoranda
• Follow-up of commercial real estate investment transactions including setup and management of a complete data room and coordination of the due diligence process
• Prepare detailed purchase and sale reports
• Contribute to the innovation and digitalization of the CBRE Capital Markets processes

Let’s talk about you

• You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent with previous professional experience in consulting, auditing, or similar positions
• You have the ambition to contribute to the market leadership of the company
• You combine strong analytical skills with a “hands-on” and entrepreneurial attitude
• You are fast learning, a team player with good presentation skills and attention to detail
• You can follow-up several projects in parallel and prioritize your work to meet the deadlines
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
