We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our highly regarded Retail Property team, working onsite at Cairns Central. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide day to day administrative support to our Centre Management Team and assist with a variety of property-related projects.
What you’ll be doing;
- Supporting the daily operations of the shopping centre, including finance tasks, tenant liaison, lease administration and general office duties • Processing and tracking accounts payable invoices and expense reimbursements • Entering and maintaining tenant sales, insurance and lease data in our systems • Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, tenants and customers, ensuring positive and professional relationships

- Previous administrative experience with a proactive and professional approach • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate data entry and reporting • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve and prioritise competing tasks • Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence interacting across a wide range of stakeholders
