What's Expected from this Role?As the D&T Software Engineering Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CBRE's Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) through technological innovation & transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership & AI Transformation: As an Engineering leader, provide visionary thought leadership to drive the AI transformation journey for the VAS business, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML, Data, and predictive analytics to revolutionize services and solidify industry leadership in Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Spearhead operational excellence across all engineering functions, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality, impactful software and data applications. Identify and significantly improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
• Global Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and manage a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team across the US, UK, and India. This includes formal supervision, monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations and coaching, and overseeing recruiting and hiring.
