About the Role:
As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of large and high-profile portfolios of commercial mortgage loans.
This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
- Act as the primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.
- Work with a Loan Sr. Analyst or Portfolio Sr. Analyst to ensure that procedures are being followed.
- Review and interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
- Review and prepare multifaceted recommendations for lender consent items such as easements, leases, loan assumptions, and many other real estate-related issues.
- Coordinate conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers, updating them on loan issues and other specific investor requests.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
