About the Role:
As a CBRE Union Mobile Route Tech, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for a building, industrial system, vehicle, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do: - Conduct maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems for multiple facilities to keep building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair.
  • Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
  • Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Operate company issued vehicle in execution of daily work responsibilities.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
