About the role We are looking for a fun and energetic individual looking to work for the worlds’ largest commercial real estate company. CBRE dominates every aspect of commercial real estate, from brokerage and asset services to property development and management. This candidate must have experience with Service Now, web-based applications and technologies, possess strong communication skills, and have the desire to learn the general operations of a global D&T organization.

• What you'll do- Under broad direction provide architecture, development, and administration of CBRE’s global Service Now platform.
• Evaluate, design, and develop new features and roadmaps
• Serve as primary technical point of contact on customer engagements of the highest complexity and value.
• Understand business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable Service Now implementation.
• Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability.
• Function as the principal Service Now SME. Mentor/assist other team members where needed.
• Diagnose and isolate incidents through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues.
• Work with users to fully utilize the Service Now product suite.
• Develop and manage integrations between Service Now and 3rdparty system (REST, SOAP, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies)
• Develop transformative AI solutions that enhance user experiences and improve operational efficiencies
• Develop scripts on the Service Now platform to automate tasks and integrations
