There are admin roles, and then there are roles that open doors. This is the latter. We're looking for an Administration Coordinator to support Charter Hall's national Industrial and Logistics team at CBRE, working across a premium portfolio and building the kind of operational knowledge that sets a property career in motion.
This is the perfect role for someone two or three years into their career in property, corporate services, events or a similar fast-paced environment, who communicates with confidence, takes pride in the detail, and is ready to grow.
In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across a national Facilities Management team, including meeting coordination, reporting and general account administration
- Manage Help Desk functions during business hours, acknowledging and following up on tenant and stakeholder requests within KPI timeframes
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, raising work orders, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders informed throughout
- Support the team with document management, workflows, system updates and ad hoc project assistance
- Be a reliable first point of contact who keeps communication flowing and the team running smoothly
About You
You're polished, proactive and at your best in a busy operational environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate with ease across all levels, and bring a standard of presentation and organisation that people notice.
- Experience in a coordination, administration or operational support role within property, corporate services, hospitality, events or a similar professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural client-facing manner
- Confident across MS Office 365 and comfortable picking up new platforms and digital systems quickly
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and the composure to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
Why CBRE?
At CBRE, you will be part of a global business that genuinely invests in its people. In this role you can expect:
- A structured pathway into property or facilities management, backed by CBRE's learning and development programs and the CBRE Academy
- Exposure to a national portfolio with one of Australia's leading industrial and logistics clients
- A collaborative, high-performing team that values contribution and rewards initiative
- The resources, technology, and client relationships that only the world's largest real estate services firm can offer
