The Opportunity:

- Proven collections experience, ideally within a property, retail or commercial environment
- Background in administration, real estate / property management, accounts receivable/payable, or customer‑facing administrative roles
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, operational or retail environment
- Confident communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Solid Excel capability (including reconciliations), Word and Outlook skills, and confidence using finance or property systems (e.g. MRI or similar)
So, what’s in it for you?
- A range of discounted corporate and wellness benefits including personalised wellbeing programs, counselling and mental health support, discounted health insurance and flexible leave
- Be part of a vibrant, supportive, community‑focused onsite team
- Opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic retail environment
- Work in a role where no two days are the same
