About the Role:

As a CBRE Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for the monthly payroll cycle of our employees.

This job is part of the payroll team in CBRE HR department.

It is a full time, temporary (approx. 7 months) position with a possibility of becoming permanent.

What You’ll Do

· Overview daily payroll operations in our company.

· Calculate net salaries considering deductions and oversee employee pay checks

· Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate

· Update payroll files

· Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules

· Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes

· Be a point of contact for employees regarding payroll issues and questions

What You’ll Need

· Payroll accountant certification

· Experience with Malam software - must

· Proven payroll accountant experience in a big company (700+ employees) – at least 3 years

· High level of Excel command (PIVOT and VLOOKUP) - must

· Proficient with HR Information Systems and recruiting software – advantage

· Approachable personality and good communication skills

· High level of discreet operation

· Analytical, organised and detail-oriented person
