Job Summary

The Business Dev Analyst will oversee system maintenance, streamline processes through automation, and manage key administrative tasks to support staff and management. The role includes responsibilities across data entry, scheduling, and systems coordination, with a focus on ensuring smooth project operations. While proficiency in Java or Python is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities System Maintenance & Automation

  • Maintain all project systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes using innovative ideas.

  • Collaborate with teams to design, test, and optimize workflows across various platforms, including:

  • Airtables

    • CRM systems

    • Auto Desk

    • Microsoft platforms

  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and ensure maximum productivity.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

  • Enter and update data in databases such as CRM, Airtables, AutoDesk, and Share Point.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all systems and platforms.

  • Generate reports and provide dashboard reporting for insights and tracking.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Coordinate weekly Account updates and review internal system changes to ensure no new project opportunities are missed.

  • Organize and maintain project trackers to align with the latest processes and standards.

Support for Staff and Management:

  • Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.

  • Support management with various tasks and projects to aid team efficiency and success.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of Java or Python (preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Airtables, CRM systems, Auto Desk, and Microsoft tools.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop automation solutions to address them.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to document processes and collaborate across teams.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems and projects concurrently.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
