ESG Manager (Office Building)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage projects autonomously in key areas, including:

• ESG Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments for real estate transactions (acquisition/disposition).

• Climate Risk Assessment: Analyzing and reporting on physical and transition risks related to climate change impacts on real estate assets

• Energy & Decarbonization Audits: Performing energy audits, identifying savings opportunities, and developing strategies for net-zero carbon pathways for buildings.

• Green Building Certifications: Managing and delivering projects for leading international and local green building standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL).

• Sustainability Performance Data Management: Collecting, validating, and analyzing asset-level ESG performance data for clients, including energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions.

1. ESG 실사 (ESG Due Diligence)

• 부동산 매입·매각 시 ESG 리스크 및 기회 분석

• 투자 의사결정을 위한 ESG 평가 수행

2. 기후 리스크 평가 (Climate Risk Assessment)

• 기후변화에 따른 물리적·전환 리스크 분석

• 부동산 자산 영향도 평가 및 보고서 작성

3. 에너지 및 탈탄소 진단

• 건물 에너지 사용 현황 분석

• 에너지 절감 방안 도출

• 탄소중립(Net Zero) 로드맵 및 감축 전략 수립

4. 친환경 건축 인증 컨설팅

• LEED, BREEAM, WELL 등 국내·외 그린빌딩 인증 프로젝트 수행

• 인증 취득 전략 수립 및 관리

5. ESG 데이터 관리 및 분석

• 에너지, 물, 폐기물, 온실가스(GHG) 데이터 수집 및 검증

• ESG 성과 측정 및 보고
