We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative, hands-on, and engaging Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a vibrant mixed-use portfolio.

In this role, you will take direct responsibility for maintaining service excellence, operational continuity, and strong stakeholder relationships across key commercial and retail assets. Working alongside our Property Management team, you will drive operational standards, statutory compliance, and contractor performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver superior service standards and drive proactive engagement through regular communication and relationship management.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day asset operations, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and compliant facility delivery.
• Financial & Procurement Management: Manage operational budgets, procurement processes, service contracts, and operating expenditure (OPEX).
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure statutory compliance, WHS protocols, risk management, safety audits, and site inspections are executed to the highest standard.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Lead client-aligned environmental and sustainability programs across the asset portfolio.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate and supervise key service providers, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors.

About You:

• Experience: Proven track record in facilities management within a commercial or mixed-use property environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building services and statutory requirements, including essential fire safety measures, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Contractor & Vendor Oversight: Extensive experience managing service contracts, procurement, and vendor performance in commercial assets.
• Stakeholder Focus: Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills across diverse client and tenant groups.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage ongoing projects, and maintain smooth day-to-day operational delivery.
