As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, conducting routine checks and maintaining systems, for a large XYZ company in (city, state), to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. The position requires 1-2 years of commercial HVAC experience, having strong physical stamina and a foundational grasp of computers is essential.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems

What You'll Do:

· Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.

· Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.

· Fix equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.

· Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

· Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

· Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
