Your Impact

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the industrial portfolio, driving safety, performance, efficiency and a high standard of presentation across all assets.
Key Responsibilities- End to end facilities management across multiple industrial assets

• Contractor oversight, procurement engagement and performance monitoring
• Preventative and reactive maintenance coordination
• Budgeting, forecasting and proactive cost control
• WHS, compliance and essential services governance
• Strong tenant engagement and timely resolution of operational needs
• Coordination of minor capital works, improvements and upgrades

About You

You’re a proactive, organised FM who enjoys owning your portfolio and building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

You’ll bring:

• Proven industrial FM experience
• Strong WHS, compliance and essential services knowledge
• Confidence working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
