Operations Sr Associate
Chief of business operations for a high performing real estate team at CBRE, Inc. in Chicago This position will be a member of the Leadership Team and involved in critical decisions that guide the direction of the team. The candidate will lead and manage the team’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, growth, accountability, and strategic alignment with the Leadership Team’s vision. This role involves managing various brokers, assistants, marketing teams, and third-party vendors, in addition to streamlining processes, driving profitability, and contributing to long-term planning and operational execution.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership:
- Oversee all operations for Team and holds all members accountable for performance.
- Implement systems, protocols, and KPI’s or all team members and departments.
- Will oversee, delegate, and be responsible for Team’s accounting, marketing, administration, and event planning.
Performance Management: - Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data, and reporting on progress to leadership. Boost accountability and drive performance
Process Optimization: - Identify areas for improvement and develop streamlined workflows with a mandate to implement technology and AI into day-to-day operations to drive efficiency for that leadership focus on execution.
Operational Management: - Overseeing all aspects of operations with focus on both day-to-day and ensuring team is on pace to hit short and long-term goals, etc.
Strategic Planning: - Collaborating with leadership on long-term strategies and implementing plans to achieve growth objectives.
Financial Management: - Managing budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting
Team Leadership: - Hiring, training, and motivating administrative and sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: - Effectively communicating with brokers, clients, management, assistants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and positive relationships.
Problem-Solving & Decision Making:
- Identifying and resolving operational issues, providing guidance and direction to the team.
