The Role

Canadian Client Solutions is a business development strategy team that supports high-profile brokerage pursuits across Canada – spanning all asset classes and transaction types.

As a key member of this team, the Proposal Analyst acts as a strategic partner and trusted liaison to sales professionals across the Canadian brokerage – applying judgment, influence, and real-time coordination to align stakeholders and shape winning, client-centric pitches.

Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions the Proposal Analyst will be pivotal in preparing compelling presentations and proposals. They will ensure that all materials align with our branding and communication standards while enhancing the quality of our deliverables.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the proposal process from inception to completion, assigning tasks to team members and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal experts to produce accurate and persuasive proposal content.
  • Monitor bid sites and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal responses while maintaining rigorous quality control.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support management strategy development for new pursuits.
  • Maintain a comprehensive proposal pursuit database.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education & Experience:

Diploma or degree from a recognized college or university, with 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, consulting, research, client development, or marketing.

Communication Skills:

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proven track record of providing timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal clients.

Reasoning Ability:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret various business documents and navigate complex situations.

Financial Knowledge:

Familiarity with financial principles and experience in financial modeling and asset valuations is a plus.

Other Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working with large data sets and Request for Proposal models is preferred.

A keen interest in adapting to new technologies.
