About the role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Manager to lead our Identity Access Management (IAM) and federation operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and proven ability to manage teams, drive complex projects, and align security solutions with business objectives.
What you’ll do

Leadership & Team Management- Lead, mentor, and develop the Federation Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence

Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and team performance to meet organizational goals

Provide technical guidance and strategic direction on federation architecture and IAM best practices

Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end project execution involving Okta, Ping Federate, and Microsoft Entra ID

Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver customer-centric, compliant solutions

Ensure all deployments align with business requirements, security standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks

Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

Design and implement enterprise-level federation solutions and reference architectures

Configure and maintain SSO systems, workflows, and integrations across Okta, Ping Federate, and Entra ID

Establish and enforce security policies including sign-on protocols, password standards, and MFA requirements

Lead application onboarding using SSO and SCIM integrations

Drive continuous improvement in security posture and operational efficiency
