About the Role:
As a CBRE Operations Management Associate, you will be a key contributor to day-to-day business operations across a variety of business segments in the Be NeLux region. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that goes beyond traditional support functions — you will be involved in account transitions, sales pursuits, operational delivery, organizational goals and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:

Develop a thorough understanding of CBRE's business across sales, marketing, and operations functions in support of unit objectives.

Assist sales professionals in identifying potential opportunities and converting cold outreach into warm client reationships.

Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients and prepare and distribute marketing materials.

Gather and coordinate all documentation required for transactions, including listings, sales and commission agreements.

Retrieve information for standard agreements and transactions from the database and present findings to the team for review.

Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.

Proactively suggest process improvements to drive team efficiency. Develop a thorough business understanding and expertise across a variety of business segments through sales, marketing, and operations functions in support of unit objectives.

Assist sales professionals in identifying potential sales opportunities and researching connections to turn cold calls into warm calls.

Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Transition, Mobilisation & Demobilisation
-
Support the full lifecycle of account transitions, including mobilisation and demobilisation, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity of service.

Review and understand the scope of work for incoming accounts and initiate the recruitment, procurement, financial and HSE processes accordingly.

Conduct site walkdowns and due diligence assessments to gather operational insights ahead of mobilisation.

Attend all required transition meetings, workshops, and milestone reviews.
Bid, Sales & Solutions Support
-
Develop a clear understanding of CBRE's sales strategy and translate it into actionable approaches relevant to the Be NeLux market.

Attend all required sales calls, bid presentations, and solutions-development sessions.

Attend and plan site visits to gather information

Build familiarity with CBRE's procurement strategy to support competitive and compliant bid submissions.
Ad Hoc Account Support

Step in to backfill positions in account teams during periods of absence, including holidays and sickness, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to clients.

Act as a reliable and adaptable resource across accounts as operational needs arise.

Support and promote CBRE HSE targets
Innovation & KPI Delivery

Actively contribute to CBRE's annual KPI targets, including the identification and implementation of innovations that add value to clients and the business.

What You’ll Need:
-
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant experience — though we are open to candidates at different stages of their career if the attitude and aptitude are right.

A comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within an operations or business support environment.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to evaluate and present complex information concisely.
-
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Advanced organisational skills with an inquisitive, solutions-focused mindset.
-
Prior experience supporting account transitions, mobilisations, or site due diligence is a plus.
High School Diploma:
-
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
