We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary part-time Team Assistant (approximately 3 days per week) to join our highly regarded Capital Markets team in Brisbane.

This role is perfect for a university student or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to a dynamic commercial property team.

The Opportunity

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and team communications
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Support analysts with data entry, reporting, research, and information management activities
  • Assist with campaign management activities, including campaign coordination, tracking, scheduling, and reporting
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects and activities are progressing as planned
  • Maintain systems, records, and databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with process improvements and general operational support as required

About you

  • Currently studying, or recently completed, a degree in Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A genuine interest in commercial property and capital markets.
