Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic in electrical control, air conditioner installation.
• Sufficient knowledge with FMCS and BAS system.
• IT savvy and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications for basic reporting.
  Job Details:- To monitor system and equipment statuses on BAS to ensure HVAC system continuously operate in smooth condition.
• To immediately attend, rectify and escalate any breakdown and failure to system or equipment to ensure zero Interruption to Production.
• To ensure the data collection and recording on time and zero of human error.
• To perform routine rounding to all system and equipment. To perform visual inspection and data recording.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
