• What you'll do- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, setting direction and fostering best practices.
• Data Architecture: Define the technical blueprint for scalable, reliable data solutions, often in multi-cloud environments (AWS).
• ETL/ELT Development: Oversee the end-to-end process of moving data from various sources into data warehouses or lakes.
• Data Governance: Implement data quality checks, define business rules, and ensure data reliability and observability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, analysts, and executives to understand needs and deliver impactful data products.
