Role Summary

The Consultant will join the Strategic Consulting team, contributing to analyses and studies that support key decision‑making in the real estate sector. The role involves participation in Highest and Best Use (HBU) studies, commercial Due Diligence, financial modelling, investment strategy, and market research, delivering high‑quality, insight‑driven outputs for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of Highest and Best Use (HBU) studies, including financial feasibility analysis and value‑driven scenario assessment.
  • Participate in commercial Due Diligence processes gathering, analysing, and validating data related to real estate assets.
  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel, applying valuation methodologies such as DCF, multiples, and yield‑based approaches.
  • Contribute to the definition of real estate investment strategies for domestic and international clients.
  • Conduct market analyses, benchmarking exercises, and sector studies to support consulting recommendations.
  • Prepare structured and client‑ready outputs including presentations, reports, and strategic deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Capital Markets, Advisory, etc.) to gather information and ensure alignment.
  • Support the continuous improvement of team methodologies and tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or similar fields.
  • Additional qualifications in Real Estate, Corporate Finance, or Data Analytics are a plus.

Experience:

• Between 0 and 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, audit, financial analysis, or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Solid understanding of finance, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into actionable insights.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for structuring consulting outputs.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
