Talent Acquisition Specialist – Israel

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will manage recruitment activity across non-management and field-based roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and help deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of roles

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on hiring needs and priorities
• Provide local market insights to support effective hiring decisions
• Ensure a consistent, positive, and compliant candidate experience
• Track recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and hiring goals
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and share best practices

What You’ll Need

- Experience in managing the end-to-end process of high volume in talent acquisition

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of the Israeli labor market
• Experience using ATS (Avature) and recruiting technologies
• Hebrew and English communication skills preferred
