About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations for a manufacturing/production client, ensuring a safe, reliable, and well maintained environment. This onsite Monday–Friday day shift.
In this role, you will perform a variety of building maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across multiple facility systems. You’ll help keep critical operations running smoothly while delivering high quality service and support to our client.

• What You’ll Do
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing repairs, kitchen equipment support, grounds upkeep, and other routine facility tasks.
• Conduct regular checks on facility assets, including doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
