About The Role:

CBRE Investment Banking (CBREIB), the investment banking arm of CBRE Group, INC. (NYSE: CBRE) is one of the fastest growing Advisory and Investment Banking platforms globally. Our team of over 100 financial practitioners, delivers a wide range of capabilities and services to include: Strategic Advisory, M/A, Capital Markets, Debt Advisory and Financial Restructuring, and Private Fundraising Services.

As an investment banking summer analyst, you will participate in all aspects of pitches and live transactions while being staffed on a number of assignments at once. Given the focused deal teams, summer analysts will play an integral role and will have the opportunity to work directly with senior level bankers.

What You’ll Do:

• Support active mandates and pitches, with responsibilities to include:
• Financial analysis and modeling, including development of detailed business plans.
• Conduct financial and other business-related research and due diligence.
• Draft of client presentations and preparation of memoranda for internal and external use.
• Handle and develop key client deliverables.
• Assist in the execution of transactions.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Full time internship in office. Please note, we do not cover relocation or provide housing. Qualified candidates must be able to relocate to Las Vegas for the duration of the internship.)
