Expression of Interest Spanish Speaking Recruiter
About the Role:
We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Recruiter based in the Philippines to support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities. This role partners closely with hiring managers, regional HR teams, and global stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent—particularly for Spanish-speaking markets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
What You’ll Do: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for Spanish-speaking and multilingual roles across various functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening and interviews in Spanish and English
- Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
- Prepare candidate shortlists, interview feedback, and hiring recommendations
- Support offer preparation, verbal offers, and hiring documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure recruiting data integrity
What You’ll Need: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment
- Experience supporting international or regional hiring (LATAM or US is a must)
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office
- Exposure to end-to-end HR processes beyond recruitment
- Experience hiring for technical, customer-facing, or corporate roles
- Knowledge of labor basics and global HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
