As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the country, which contributes to our regional success. Reporting to the Sales Director/Associate Sales Director and working in partnership with the team to identify and seize new business opportunities, engaging with clients at a strategic level to showcase our unique value propositions. What You’ll Need:
A proven passion, behavior for success and a drive to create a high-energy sales culture that fosters excellence and growth with strong examples/experience
- Proven sales experience, coupled with a proactive approach to client management, closing deals and creating an unforgettable client experience.
- Experience to deliver presentations and adapt your communication style to a wide mix of clients.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills with the ability to manage prioritise clients and your team. Responsiveness, working at pace, listening to the client and follow-through are some examples.
