VALUER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties.

  • Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instruction
  • Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports
  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market
  • Manage and update relevant databases accordingly
  • Participate in all local marketing functions and exercises as required
  • Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information
  • Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time

WHAT YOU WILL NEED- Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in Singapore

  • Licensed Valuer, SISV Member a strong advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areas
  • Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure
