About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent, Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee and organizational development programs. This role is a vital part of the Talent, Learning & Development function, responsible for developing, executing and evaluating employee development initiatives that align with organizational needs. You will ensure CBRE adopts a best in class and inclusive approach to talent management and learning. This includes cultivating a strong learning culture across all business areas, supporting the overall global, regional and local employee engagement vision and strategy, and delivering a world-class employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to business needs and individual career paths.
  • Identify critical skill gaps and facilitate targeted training initiatives to enhance capabilities and foster professional growth across the organization.
  • Develop and facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders within CBRE.
  • Manage the overall learning curricula and calendar, ensuring business priorities and needs are aligned to the Global and Regional talent and learning strategy
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management processes, including objective setting, constructive feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Design and execute impactful employee engagement activities to elevate loyalty and foster a highly motivated workforce.
  • Champion and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive and collaborative work environment, in alignment with CBRE RISE values.
  • Conduct follow-up studies and evaluate the effectiveness of all completed training programs, measuring results and monitoring behavioral changes.
  • Establish policies and procedures to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of company-wide learning curricula.
  • Lead the design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to business needs and individual career paths.

  • Develop and facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders with CBRE.
  • Act as a role model for CBRE RISE values, influencing stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development and learning & development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills for effective interactions and collaboration across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design strategic training planning and implement variety of training programs, including both in-person and online facilitation.
  • Strong proficiency skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within department.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in global MNCs and matrix organizational structure
  • Certified trainer (e.g., Clifton Strengths, Leadership trainings).
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
