We are seeking experienced Registered Valuers to join our outstanding national residential valuation team, with opportunities available across South Auckland, the North Shore, and for a specialist CBD Apartment Valuer. The Opportunity

• Undertaking residential valuations across Auckland suburbs, with flexibility around North Auckland, South Auckland and the CBD

• Engaging in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialised residential sectors such as public works compensation

• Leveraging industry-leading software to streamline reporting

• Collaborating with a high-performing team of experts across the country

• Base salary, excellent commission package, high fee writes and continual strong pipeline of work with flexible work options

About you

• Mō koe:
• Registered Residential Valuer
• Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Auckland knowledge not required)
• A team player with strong research and data management skills
• Self-motivated team player, with strong time management capabilities
• Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
