About the role
Join our team and play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial success across the EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC regions! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage a wide array of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our global operations. This role contributes to the smooth and effective running of our client accounting and contract support processes.What You Will Do:
- Billing: Computation, review, request preparation & submission, invoice submission, Billing/AR tracker update, AR review, and Open PO report extraction.
- Accounting: Cost & Revenue accrual computation & journal preparation, reclass journal preparation, journal submission, and review/approval, ICO activities.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Savings, inflation, and budget tracking; rate card management; KPI/MFAR calculation; and Adaptive system uploads.
- Finance Administration Support.
What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance support or contract support role.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal (German will be an asset).
- Proven experience managing invoices and the billing process, with a strong understanding of related workflows.
- Familiarity with the Accounts Payable process is beneficial, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of financial operations.
- Familiarity with People Soft, My Buy will be an asset.
