About the role

About the Role

As an Investment Properties Analyst at CBRE, you will play a key role in the marketing and disposition of industrial commercial real estate assets. Working alongside a high-performing brokerage team, you will produce compelling offering memorandums, pitch books, and marketing materials that position properties effectively for the market and drive client results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop professional-grade offering memorandums and marketing packages for industrial properties, including investment highlights, tenant credit profiles, financial summaries, and property specifications.
  • Compile, review, and analyze property data, site plans, due diligence files, lease abstracts, demographic data, and financial metrics to ensure accuracy and completeness across all materials.
  • Coordinate photography with vendors and ownership, curating selections that best showcase each asset's key features — loading, dock configuration, access, and overall facility quality.
  • Source and direct the production of strategic maps, with thoughtful attention to boundaries, labeling, and freeway/logistics access.
  • Partner with research teams to incorporate relevant market statistics and size-range data that contextualize and strengthen the investment narrative.
  • Prepare and assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new business pitches for prospective clients.
  • Manage iterative review cycles, coordinating edits and feedback from sellers and internal stakeholders to bring materials to final form on deadline.
  • Draft client correspondence and support ongoing communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and the quality of deliverables.
  • Uphold CBRE's RISE values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active listings simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in an unstructured setting where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe In Design is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing financial data, lease documents, and property-level due diligence.
  • Organizational discipline and a proactive, inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
