职位概述

协助生产主管管理生产团队达到部门目标.

收集和统计数据并出具报告,存档并负责更新.

使用Power BI，Power Apps , VBR 编程等数字化工具，帮助团队统计，制作，展示部门的各项KPI。

岗位职责：

1. 数据分析与优化：收集和分析生产数据，识别优化点，为提高效率提供数据支持。

2. 数字化工具开发与应用：协助开发或优化生产管理相关的数字化工具，如数据仪表板、自动化报表等。

3. 系统集成与优化：参与生产相关信息系统（SAP/MES等）的对接与优化，提高生产过程的可视化和自动化水平。

4. 智能制造技术探索：研究并提出适合企业的智能制造技术，如工业物联网（IIoT）、机器人应用等。

5. 流程数字化改进：协助梳理生产流程，提出数字化改进方案，提升生产管理的智能化水平。

6. 项目支持：参与生产数字化转型项目，提供数据整理、技术研究和实施支持。

任职要求：

1. 专业背景：计算机科学、工业工程、自动化、数据分析等相关专业优先。

2. 技术能力：

• 熟悉数据分析工具（如 Power Query、Power BI等）

• 掌握基本编程能力（如 Python、SQL、C#、VBA等）

• 对企业信息系统（如 SAP、MES）有基本认知者优先。

1. 沟通与学习能力：

• 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与生产、IT等团队协作。

• 热衷于学习新技术，并愿意挑战实际生产环境中的问题。

4. 实习时间：

可实习6个月，每周出勤3-5天。
