Caterpillar is looking for candidates that want to build a career. This position includes a starting wage of $20.20/hour (+8% shift premium for 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program.

Shift Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday night
• Friday morning 10:15 pm – 6:15 am, Overtime as business needs require.

Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.

As a Machine Loader at Caterpillar, you will:

• Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices

• Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes

• Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition

• Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Overhead Hoists OR Overhead Cranes

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods

• Willing and able to perform repetitive operation

• Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Top candidates will also have:

• Material handling experience

• Manufacturing experience

• Machining experience or exposure

• Welding experience or exposure

Summary Pay Range:

$20.20 - $25.25
