What You Will Do:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switchgear and standard controls assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system

• Support internal standard audits and ISO9001 compliance efforts.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and launch areas.

What You Will Have:

• Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods

• Ability to perform repetitive operations

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Ability to follow standard work

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer skills

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience with switchgear or electrical equipment assembly.

• Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments.

• Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.).

Shift:

• Monday
• Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime

Summary Pay Range:

$22.30 - $29.00
