Job Summary:

The key role of this position is to solve challenging engineering problems involving products and processes using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.

As a smart manufacturing engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring NPI relates virtual design reviews and analysis meets design requirements, use advanced simulation techniques for future production process, and work with engineers to resolve issues.

作为智能制造工程师，您将确保与NPI，制造流程等相关的虚拟仿真验证工作满足设计要求，严格验证概念设计，并和工程师一起解决潜在的问题。

What You Will Do:

• Accountable for delivering timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.

负责提供及时、高质量的仿真分析，并提供明确的建议。

• Responsible for defining problems, modeling, solving and performing iterations, interpreting results, providing conclusions.

负责定义问题，创建仿真模型，运行仿真与设计迭代，解释结果，给出结论。

• Partner with design, manufacturing and test to robustly deliver new products and improve processes.

与设计、制造和测试合作，稳健地交付新产品并改进流程。

• Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.

• Supporting design and ME team to verify simulation solutions.

支持设计和工艺团队，验证仿真方案

• Take part in design reviews with the wider design team.

与更广泛的设计团队一起参与设计评审。

• Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results.

Education requirement:

• Min. MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation or equal.

What skills you will have:

• Capable of Simulation software experience in Plant Simulation or other engineering analysis software

具备使用仿真软件的能力，有Plant Simulation，同时也接受具备其他类似分析软件

• Have 3D modeling software Creo skill and Simens software Vis Mockup knowledge is a plus.

具备Creo其他类似建模软件，西门子仿真软件背景的应聘者尤佳

• Have smart manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

具备智能制造背景的应聘者尤佳

• Have machine learning experience is a plus.

有机器学习经验的应聘者尤佳

• Excellent problem solving skill

• Have good communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, other departments, and external partners.

These position requires working onsite five days a week.
