岗位职责：

1.协助设备维修工程师对 CNC、机器人、清洗机、测漏机、压装机等生产设备进行基础点检、维护、保养工作

2.协助处理设备简单故障，包括机械、电气、传感器等基础问题

3.协助设备工程师进行备件管理工作

4.参与自动化相关任务，如：

• 工业机器人（Fanuc/ABB/KUKA 等）示教与基础维护
• 自动化设备的调试记录、运行监控、参数记录等

1. 参与数字化项目，包括：

• 设备数据采集（通过扫码器、传感器、PLC I/O 等）；
• 协助运行 Power BI/Power Automate/Power Apps 等基础数字化工具
• 协助整理、分析设备运行数据与维修数据

6.协助维护设备台账、保养计划、故障记录等文档

7.根据维修工程师安排参与设备改善或小型项目，实现降本增效

8.严格遵守工厂安全规范，确保维修作业安全合规

任职要求：

1. 学历/专业

• 大专/本科在读学生（大三/大四/大专二年级），专业为：机电一体化、自动化、电气、机械工程、数控技术或相关方向。

2. 技能要求

• 会使用万用表、卡尺等基本工具。
• 能看懂简单机械图或电气图者优先。
• 对 CNC、机器人 或 工业自动化有兴趣并有基础知识。
• 对常用设备备件（如轴承、传感器、电磁阀、气缸、继电器、伺服电机等）有基础了解或愿意快速学习
• 具备基本数据录入和整理能力
• 对数字化工具（如 Excel、Power BI、Power Apps）有基础了解或愿意学习。
• 会基础编程更佳（不限语言：Python、C#、PLC Ladder 等均可）。

3. 能力素质

• 学习能力强，愿意接触不同类型的设备。
• 对新技术（自动化、数字化、智能制造）保持好奇心。
• 动手能力强，有责任心，能够按要求完成点检和记录工作。
• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

加分项

• 有电工证或正在准备电工证
• 会基础机器人编程或示教（KUKA、Fanuc等均可）
• 在校学习过 PLC（西门子、三菱、欧姆龙等）
• 会用 Python / Power BI / C# 处理数据或做小工具
• 做过智能制造、自动化或数字化方向的课程项目
