岗位目的: 按照生产工艺流程进行日常生产线操作。

岗位职责:

100%遵守工厂安全规定。

遵守质量要求，保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效和指标要求（污染物控制、质量缺陷等）。

满足生产节拍要求。必要时，接替其他团队成员的工作和帮助团队维持生产线正常运转。及时地向班组长发出Andon 请求。

按要求完成点检工作，执行日常设备维护，维持本区域的5S标准。

理解生产区域的工作流程，参与实施变革以实现未来状态价值流图。

参与执行LEAN的指导原则，并且努力工作以确保LEAN的成功实施（理解和发现浪费）。作为LEAN 的参与人，参加流程问题分析，帮助确定根源。 参加流程改进对话，提出持续改进意见，提供反馈，参与实施构想。参与制定标准化工作。 主管和组长临时安排的工作。

任职资格:

机械相关专业职校及以上学历。

有装配或测试相关工作经验优先考虑。

有柴油机测试经验,天车操作经验及资质者优先考虑。
