职位描述：

熟悉掌握一种或者几种材料的测试方法，能够按照操作规程安全地完成相应的材料测试工作；

协助实验室金相工程师完成样品测试的整个流程追踪，包括但不限于客户需求确认，根据图纸信息转化测试方案，测试样品的标记，检测样品制备方案的计划讨论，检测进度的跟踪协调，检测结果的初步确认；

参与实验室的安全保障活动包括但不限于安全5S行走，安全审核，安全话题分享，持续改进监督等，通过及时制止不安全的行为，及时认可安全的行动来营造卡特彼勒安全第一的企业文化；

参与实验室的PQVC（人员，质量，速率，成本）活动，提供持续改进建议并参与到解决过程中；

任职要求：

本科或以上学历，金属方向材料及机械工程类相关专业

良好的沟通协调能力，具有团队领导经验者优先

良好的英语能力，具备流畅的英文读写能力，能够进行必要的日常沟通

材料相关检测技术及操作经验者优先

基本的办公软件使用能力，如Word，Excel, PowerPoint 等等

基本的编程知识及能力，如Python, C, Access, VB等等，其中一个即可。通过计算机二级优先。
