About the role

This role will be responsible for Service delivery, AMC Sales and retrofit sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on customers coming out of warranty (conversion), AMC to AMC(Retention) and customers who are not currently associated with us (recapture) for both SA, SR, and SM segments.

  • Communicate with customers who contact the organization via telephone or electronic channels, provide information about products or services, discuss customer accounts, and address complaints as service delivery in charge.

  • Use organizational and product knowledge to handle more complex inquiries and provide follow-up.

  • Develop documentation to resolve complex customer issues, requests, and complaints. Direct queries to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.

  • Research published materials and secondary sources to identify additional information that can be recommended to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Collect and consolidate information related to customer interactions and transactions; analyze trends to support future training needs and improvements in customer service.

  • Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and other personnel to expedite or track shipments.

  • Promote various products and services to achieve business targets.

  • Provide after-sales support for various client contracts.
