About the role

负责南海工厂相关产品的生产工艺设计、优化及持续改善、质量与效率提升，通过工艺标准化、自动化及精益改善、量产爬坡，持续降低制造成本并提升交付能力。

Key Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

生产工艺设计与优化

• 负责产品装配/制造工艺流程设计、工艺路线规划及工序优化
• 编制并维护工艺文件（PFMEA、SOP、作业指导书、流程图等）
• 识别并解决生产过程中的工艺瓶颈、质量及效率问题，产线效率提升

质量与持续改善

• 通过工艺改进降低制程不良率，支持质量问题分析（8D、5Why 等）
• 推动标准化作业与防错（Poka-Yoke）应用
• 参与精益改善、降本增效及效率提升项目

设备与自动化支持

• 支持产线设备选型、调试、验证及工装夹具设计改进
• 推动自动化、半自动化方案落地，提升人均效率

跨部门协作与技术支持

• 为生产、质量、供应链、安全部门提供工艺技术支持

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 全日制本科及以上学历
• 机械工程、工业工程、自动化、机电一体化或相关专业
• 5 年及以上制造/工艺/生产工程相关经验
• 有暖通空调（HVAC）、家电、装备制造或批量生产工厂经验者优先
• 熟悉装配型制造工艺者优先
• 熟悉制造工艺流程、PFMEA、控制计划、SOP 等
• 熟悉精益生产、IE 方法（节拍分析、线平衡、产能评估）
• 具备问题分析与系统性改善能力
• 具备基本英文读写能力，可应对技术资料与简单沟通
