About This Role

We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Associate to focus on optimizing supply chain reliability and production continuity. Proven ability to execute process improvements, manage complex shipment logistics, and coordinate with sub-process suppliers to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Expert in performing root-cause analysis to mitigate delays and aligning cross-departmental operations with stringent customer requirements.

Job Description

• Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives.
• Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems.
• Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements.
• Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components.
• Working closely with all areas of the company—including finance, engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and more—to identify and implement solutions that will help ensure the continuity of our production.
• Coordinate shipments and other sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years experience in supply chain/ material management/ procurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Communication: Strong skills for reporting to upper management
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Systems: Experience with SAP and PowerBI
