About the role
This role will be responsible for Service operation role of National Account Services for Kolkata Branch. The job role includes Call & PM Management for all National Account customers, Owning SA, & SM processes for Kolkata branch National Account customers, Customer / Dealer Management through regular face to face meetings etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a first point of contact to customers and dealers and respond to all calls / mails at first level.

2. Keeping track of all type of service calls and follow up for closure to ensure TAT adherence, Allocation unidentified Calls and related activity

Call Management.

3. Keeping track of the PM Reports its Validation and submission for all KA Customers

PM Management.
4. CCN Support to dealer for Call Booking, Call Allocation, Equipment Registration, spare part indent and closing and share MIS with them on regular basis.
5. Communication with channel for spare part availability & their claims.
6. Part code identification / selection support to dealers in CCN.
7. Follow up for spare part with spare part team and keeping a track.
8. Issuing and Tracking of Delivery of spares against SO.
9. Collection & record keeping of various documents like JRA/ Installation Audits, Service Intercepts, EH&S Training, Product Training & Appreciation letter on MS Forms (Service MIS).
10. Mobility Tracking and ensure 100% Active technician & >95% Closure on Mobility.
11. Follow up with the CCN team for correction of CCN errors.
12. Annexure finalization of all accounts.
13. SR job Quotation share and keeping track till billing and payment received.
14. Ensure timely uploading of SA data in portal for billing.
- 15. SM Job
- Prospect generation, site survey, BOQ submission, follow up with local customer team and NA team on orders.
16. RECO with dealers for their pending claims.
17. Regular connect and face to face meetings with NA Customers / Dealers.
