About the role As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead and optimize supply chain and operations programs to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of products to our customers. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, and strengthening cross‑functional execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Operations Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and manage operations and supply chain programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Drive delivery assurance by coordinating procurement, logistics, production, and customer service to ensure on‑time and in‑full performance.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.

• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, negotiations, and compliance with service level agreements.

• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact to operations and customers.

• Track program execution through project plans, timelines, and status reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Support and mentor team members on operations and supply chain best practices.

Requirements We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, and results‑driven. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of experience in operations management with strong focus on supply chain and logistics.

• Proven experience managing complex programs and delivering results on time and within budget.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).

• Valid visa.

• Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• MBA or relevant professional certification.

• Experience using supply chain and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools.
